Limited Liability Company

Limited Liability Company (LLC) is the main legal structure of companies in KIZAD. You can set up an LLC with a minimum paid-up capital of AED 150,000. The KIZAD LLC can be owned by an individual, corporate, or a combination of both. There is a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 5 shareholders in a KIZAD LLC.
